My favorite things to cook
I love to bake breads. I'm always looking for bundt bread recipes. I just enjoy baking bread. I also like using different bundt molds.. I have a butterfly, rose, sunflower, star, mini sunflower, n an igloo w trees n bears i think.
My cooking triumphs
I love when every one likes my baking n they compliment my bread.
My cooking tragedies
One year I made a cherry bread, I did it before Xmas, to see how it would turn out. Well the bread turned out good. Then whn I baked it for the holidays, it came out some parts uncooked, i was soo sad. Then I tried tht bread again n same thing. In Oct, I baked it , and it cooked good!! So finally it came out PERFECT!!

Crepes
My first time making crepe and this was easy. I added strawberry & vanilla extract a pinch of both to give it a diff taste, so my crepre came out pinkish. I used a skilled but the first didnt come out good czu I was using a big one , so whn i used the small one it was fine. Sauce, strawberry adn blueberry, 1 tbsp corn starch, some sugar, water, strawberry jam. I like the sauce .. I just forgot to get teh whip cream .. I didtn like the taste of teh crepe next time ill add some sugar to teh batter adn vanilla extract. but other than that , this is a keeper!!!!

Blueberry Muffins I
I really loved this recipe, eventhough I was kinda confuse as if I was gonna use a mixer or not. Well I just stirred all liquids in a bowl ...had my brother stir all dry ingredients w blueberries w his hands, then I just poured teh wet ingredients and used a spatula to mix all together. I used 2/3 c of sugar , oh yeah and added vanilla, which i put just a bit too much which the wet ingredients looked liek chocolate but still the muffins came out delicioius...the sweetness was just perfect.. when I filled teh baking cups I sprinkled sugar on top so they would come out crunchy!!! Which that was very tasty ...I recommend you baking this recipe, dont be afraid!!!! Have Fun !!! :)

Orange Monkey Bread
This was DELICIOUS :) I cut back on the sugar to 1 cup, still sweet..next time ill try less.. the method of dipping the biscuit balls in the orange & then sugar mix, I didnt liek much cuz the orange zest wouldnt stay stuck to the balls..so next time , I will sprinkle some sugar w the zest on the bottom of the pan, adn after arranging the biscuit balls ill add some orange zest to it...What I really loved was the consistency of the orange & butter mix , whn it was baked. ..kinda like a heavy syrup type or glaze ...only bad thing was teh 3 rolls got stuck to my pan...so next time i need to spray more butter....but overall it was a good bread!!! Thank you for this wonderful recipe!
