When I read this recipe, I thought there was no way something so simple could taste so good... This was the BEST pot roast I have ever tasted! I used 1 can of cream of mushroom with garlic, and 1 can of cream of asparagus (that's what was in pantry.) The gravy that is made by this recipe is amazing and the meat is so tender and full of flavor. I also added potatoes to this recipe (quartered them and just threw in slow cooker) which turned out just as great. Family loved this as well so this is now part of our "regular" recipe pile!
