Mulberry Preserves
Very quick and easy recipe to help use up some of the zillion mulberrys from my back yard! This is a little thin, even after being in fridge, but perfect for us as we like to add on ice cream or pancakes. I never boil jars to seal them for any of my canning. I simply put the hot lids on jars (the jars I have already individually warmed up by running under hot water) twist the lids on and done. They always seal nicely and have long shelf life. Thanks for the recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
When I read this recipe, I thought there was no way something so simple could taste so good... This was the BEST pot roast I have ever tasted! I used 1 can of cream of mushroom with garlic, and 1 can of cream of asparagus (that's what was in pantry.) The gravy that is made by this recipe is amazing and the meat is so tender and full of flavor. I also added potatoes to this recipe (quartered them and just threw in slow cooker) which turned out just as great. Family loved this as well so this is now part of our "regular" recipe pile!

Monkfish Provincial
Very good! I used Cayenne instead of Cajun since that's what was in my cupboard and it gave it a good flavor kick. I also substituted a can of diced herb flavored tomatoes for the tomato which added a really nice taste. Very good recipe and nice way to dress up monkfish!
