This was really tasty! It had thin meringue crust on top that was a perfect complement to the pears. I added 2/3 cup of sugar and a dash of cinnamon. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

This is exactly what I was looking for! I added some fresh basil and quartered cherry tomatoes at the end to give it color and mixed it with cooked cheese tortellini. My hubby and I loved it! It was even better the next day because all the sauce soaked into the pasta.

Leftover Chicken Croquettes

This recipe is great. I didn't have fresh chicken, so I used canned white meat chicken (make sure to rinse it really well to get rid of some of the salt) and dried minced onions. I topped it with creamed peas from this site. My family went nuts over it:)

Whipped Garlic

My family loved this dish! It is quite salty, so I modified it by using unsalted butter and lower sodium ham instead of the prosciutto. By the time dinner ended, there was none left!

Anna's Amazing Goulash

What a great stew! My husband went ape over it. He ate it for lunch and dinner all week. The third day was the best. The flavors blended so well! I didn't have stewing pork, so I used thick boneless pork chops from Costco, then I slow cooked the meat to make it more tender.
