This is fantastic! It's so simple, but so yummy! I listened to the reviewers and added an egg to the filling, and doubled the vanilla. I also didn't roll out the dough, and I added honey to the top right after the oven. My entire family loved this recipe!

This was a really yummy recipe! I did make a couple of changes which everyone really enjoyed, but I'm also sure it would have been very good as is. The first change I made was that I diced onion and sauted the garlic and onion in olive oil and put in the cheese mixture. The other change I made was that I substituted grated asiago cheese instead of parmesan, I think it really adds some favor that is usually lacking in cheese manicotti. Asiago cheese is very very strong so this change may not be for everyone, but we thought it was great!

Yummy!! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was really tasty and so easy! I listened to the other reviewers and used french vanilla pudding and the honey crackers. I also used the Betty Crocker dark chocolate frosting and it was a big hit with everyone.
