Strawberry Muffins
I have tried these 3 times perfect each time! I used Raspberry jam and chocolate chips once. Just made with Blueberry. So good. I think these DO need to be made with a good jam. My boyfriend has taken these to work and they are gone as soon as he walks in door!

Diet Soup
Made it as written. Very odd for me. It is perfect. I did add leftover chicken next day and alittle hot sauce to some of it. added beans.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
LOVE! Did sup Franks buffalo sauce for hot sauce as it was what I had. was worried was runny almost turned out great. Froze remaining as I live alone can't wait to make again!! thamks for sharing
