Perfect! I recently had to cut dairy and soy out of my diet as I am breasfeeding my son and he has a sensitivity to both- it is sooo hard to find bread without dairy or soy...and still have it taste good. I made this recipe last night and left out the dry milk...I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't come out well as a result, but it is absolutely perfect! I am having a sandwich on it today and will be making another loaf tonight to put in the freezer for future use! Thanks for such a great recipe! Delish!

Zucchini with Dill Weed and Garlic-Yogurt Sauce

Delicious! My husband and I both loved this recipe. He didn't really use the sauce as he isn't a huge fan of any yogurt sauce, but I used it and saved the left over sauce to dip fresh veggies in. My husband took the left over zucchini in his lunch and said that it reheated great! We will definitely have as a side dish on a regular basis! Thanks for the great recipe!

Grilled Salmon with Creamy Pesto Sauce

The best salmon recipe that my husband and I have ever had! I didn't change anything. I used skim milk and reduced fat cream cheese in the sauce. DELICIOUS! Will probably be on our weekly menu for quite some time! Thanks for the great recipe!

Peanut Butter Cookies VII

I gave this recipe 4 stars because of the texture- these are chewy soft peanut butter cookies! Next time I will definitely add a bit more peanut butter because I didn't think they were quite peanut buttery enough- but I will definitely use this recipe from now on with only that modification.

Quinoa Veggie Salad with Zesty Vinaigrette

This will be a regular side dish at our house! I was short on time, so I used a bottle of italian salad dressing and it was delicious :) I'm sure the red wine Vinaigrette would be great too! Will try that next time when I'm not so pressed for time. Thanks for the great recipe!

Drew's World Famous Triple Rush Hot Chocolate

This was delicious! I used Cayenne pepper instead of chili simply because I mis read the recipe. It was still amazing and had a great kick! I can't wait to make this for my fiance!

Fudgy Chocolate Cream Pie

This is the second year in a row that I made this chocolate cream pie for Thanksgiving. It is definitely a favorite and I'm sure I'll be making it again next year! Thanks for the great recipe! I topped it with a traditional whipped cream topping made with confectionary sugar.
