Great tofu dish! I'm not usually very skilled when working with tofu but this would be hard to mess up. I did follow the advice of reviews and froze the sliced tofu, dipped in whole wheat flour, then egg, then crumb mixture and baked in oven for 30 minutes, flipping once. I also skipped the cheese until the end and just sprinkled a bit on top in order to cut back on fat/kcal. My only issue was that I didn't have enough room in my pan for all of the tofu pieces! I would definitely recommend this recipe for someone trying to find new easy ways to prepare tofu.
