Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made it last night and it turned out really good. My husband loved it. He went back for seconds and took some for lunch today. I made a few changes as a few people recommended-- I bought Pillsbury pie crust (from refrigerated section), added potatoes and corn (did not add celery), boiled chicken then pan cooked to add extra seasoning, added extra sauce so it would not be dry. LOVE IT!!!

Cocktail Meatballs

Be sure that the meatballs are very well seasoned. I thought they were a bit bland. not a total hit at the party. I prefer the grape jelly recipe.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

tastes pretty good. Be sure not to forget the food coloring. I did not add the coloring and it looked quite strage. I thought the chicken was a little hard to fry but maybe I did not do it right. Will make again but no time soon.
