Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Made this last night. Husband RAVED about this, more than any other recipe I got from this or any other recipe site. I added a little cinnamon and sugar to the almonds near the end of sauteing, went with the 1/4 cup sugar instead of 1/2 cup, and it was wonderful! Thanks!

Grilled Yellow Squash

We liked this. We cut the squash on the thicker side and the consistency of the squash was really nice. We grilled it on the top shelf of the grill to avoid any flame-ups from the oil. Healthier way to get in your veggies.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

This was pretty good. I used a whole bulb of garlic for about 2lbs of potatoes (we like our garlic) It was missing something, but since I didn't have a clue what to do with it, we just ate it as is. It's worth a try if you are limited on ingredients you have on hand.

Sausage Pasta

My family really enjoys this recipe. I use fresh spinach, more garlic, bow tie pasta or penne, and when I cut the sausage, I used my trusty kitchen scissors and cut at an angle, reversing sides each time, works like a charm. Thanks Tammy for posting this. It will be prepared often!

Artichoke Chicken

Subbed 1/2 the mayo w/ sour cream, and broiled the top to a bubbly brown color. Husband raved about it! Leftovers nuked for 90 seconds tasted good too!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

My husband said this tasted "gourmet, like I could only get it on a cruise ship!" We really enjoyed this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly the first time and the topping melted all over the pan. The second time I didn't add the parmesan to the topping mixture until right before putting it on the fish and it worked like a charm and it stayed on the fish!
