I love to cook.  In fact, I would rather cook than do almost anything.  Cooking is a source of comfort for me. It's kind of funny, but until about 11 years ago, I didn't cook much at all.  I met a guy, who was, in hindsight, more of an infant who "needed someone to take care of him" - and I… MORE

Candied Kielbasa
This stuff is insanely good. I never can go anywhere without someone asking me to bring this. The only thing I do differently is sear the kielbasa first and I just let the ketchup, horseradish and brown sugar simmer. I do not make this in the slow cooker. I like the whole carmelization thing when I cook it on the stove top.

Cake Balls
I'm giving this 1 star for very very poor directions. I've never made cake balls before and wanted to make these for an event. Little did I know you had to cool or freeze the batter. Thank you so much to the reviewers for helping me out there. If it wasn't for you, I would be crying in my cake ball batter

Best Brownies
These brownies were absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe EXACTLY. I have made them TWICE. The first time I frosted them. The second time I didn't and just dusted them with powder sugar. I would have given them 10 stars with just the powder sugar.
