Chicken Pot Pie on the Run

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2012
even My Kids Like it!!! Only thing I did different was instead of canned Vegtables (cause I was out) I used fresh Celery and carrots chopped. I liked how it didn't have a bottom crust and used 98% fat free cream of chicken, made it so it was not so rich and heavy. will definatly be making this again.

Hunts® Bruschetta Chicken Skillet

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
Yummy and so Easy! I made this one a Whim one night and was really impressed by how easy it was to make. I like Chicken Parmigna, but it is really labor intesive and has lots of fat, and makes Tons of dishes. So I think this Will be my dish in place of it. I made one a few changes, since I didn't have diced tomatoes, I used stewed and diced them up a bit. I also sprinkled with Italian seasoning, just gave it more flavor.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
This is the Way To go!! Loved the easy handeling of the Dough, It was so easy to work with. I am definatly making this recipe again. The rolls were very moist and fluffy and did not have a overly yeast flavor like some do. I did put Melted butter on the dough before I sprinkled the cinnamon sugar mixture on. I also made a more of a buttercream frosting instead. But overall taste of the cinnamon roll was great. highly recommend!!

Pumpkin Nog

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2011
Yummy!! I really shouldn't review this, as i didn't follow the recipe to the tee. But I will say, I did a Half batch as it is just my husband and small son so we didn't need a lot. So I used half the pumpkin, a Pint of Ice cream, and 2 cups of milk, I put in about 5 TBS of Brown Sugar, and twice the amount of Spice, and 1 tsp vanilla. this would be just like one you would get at a fast food Joint. It was Oh so yummy

Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
Loved this recipe. I have been looking for a fantastic chicken salad recipe, and this is it. I added red apple chunks to the recipe, since I didn't have celery the second time I made it and think it makes is Just great. This is a great way to use of leftover roast or rotesserie chicken! I have a feeling I am going to be making this a lot through the Hot summer!

Dutch Apple Berry Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
Although this Recipe was good, I did increase the aplles by about 4 cups and berries I cup each. the Baking time was really off. 350 for 30 min was way to short. I left my pie in for an hour and my apples still came out crunchy. Next time I will Follow Betty Crocker cooking time for a french apple pie which is 425 for 40 min cover top with foil in the last 15 min to prevent burning.

Strawberry Pie II

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
this recipe was Fantastic. I loved the taste of the Freshness of the Berries. Not to sweet at all. I followed the advice of other cooks and did 3/4 berries in pie and 1/4 pureed. and I only 3/4 cup of sugar and I think this made it perfect. I did it in a Shortbread crust which I think set if off Just perfectly. I let it Set for a good 24 hours in the fridge and it was not soupy or fall apart at all like a lot of my other family members pies too. this will be a recipe I will use for years to come.

Renaissance Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: May 18, 2009
My Sister-in-law and I were looking for a creamcheese stuffed mushroom and found this one. We loved it!! it does make a little more filling than 12 mushrooms can hold. I did not do the pre-bake saute, and it still turned out wonderful. the leftover filling is great on bread or bagel!!
