Wedge Salad with Elegant Blue Cheese Dressing
Really like this recipe. I used more sour cream than mayo and added the vinegar a little at a time to my taste. I also added cayenne pepper to give it a little kick. I have made this twice so far and will use this many times.

Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce
This was a good recipe. I did take advice and stuffed it with apples. I also did not brown on stove I glazed it with apricot preserve and roasted it at 350 for about two hours and let it rest for 30 min. Will make again. Thank you.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Great recipe! I used butter instead of shortening as suggested and added vanilla. Baked for 10 min and let rest for 5 on the baking sheet. Really delicious and will make again.
