Quick and Easy Cherry Bars
1c sugar and 3c flour with a little almond extract. It was good but super cakey in a 9x13 pan. Next time I will follow other suggestions and use a jelly roll pan and double the pie feeling. I made it with half the pan cherry and the other half blueberry. It was good, but will be perfect with the suggested changes.

Vegan Brownies
I made these for a friend who can't have dairy. These turned out surprisingly yummy. They're super chocolatey and rich. Everyone loved them. They were very moist and fudgy, but they didn't hold their shape very well...that could have been because we all ate the whole pan before it had time to cook off completely. Very yummy!

Imitation Crab Salad
I didn't use the egg or bread, but kept everything else the same and added the mayo mixture until the crab was coated enough. There is plenty for 2 lbs of crab. Seasoned with old bay seasoning. We eat it on mini rolls
