Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are my favorite Christmas cookies. I have been making them for years. I like to add some course red or green sugar after I flatten them. Be sure to hand mix them after you cream the sugar and butter together. Over mixing will cause these cookies to be flat and gooey.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
LOVE this recipe! I followed the recipe exactly though I was not sure about using white sugar. I make lots of cakes and have always used my mom's butter cream recipe. I had a request for a whipped frosting for a wedding cake and tried this, not only is the taste and texture perfect, it also smooths nicely and is easier to work with than my butter cream recipe. I will be using this from now on!

Quinoa Tabbouleh
Awesome! My favorite quinoa recipe. Not sure why anyone would say this did not have enough flavor. I am a vegetarian and tend to eat different foods than the typical American. I tried this out on a couple of my non veggie friends and they both loved it! I will be making this again. The only change I made was that I did not add the carrots and cooked the quinoa in vegetable stock.
