Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
My husband enjoyed this dish very much, but I did not. I followed the directions but added chicken broth rather than water when asked to fill the slow cooker. I also used gnocchi instead of the refrigerated biscuit dough. I would not suggest doing this. The gnocchi is boiled in salted water and then transferred to this dish which is already salty. I added seasonings to it because it was bland. Overall, it is not what I expected, but I figure it was mostly my fault :/

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I followed the recipe as it was and the bbq sauce I chose was Famous Daves Sweet and Zesty. If I make this recipe again, I would NOT go for the sweet bbq sauce. It didn't taste all that good in a burger, but if I were to judge just the meat alone, it was very good. I was first skeptical of the salad dressing in it, but it turned out decent. My suggestion: don't use overly sweet bbq sauce and no cheap kind either.
