Blueberry Mini Muffins

I had the recipe calculated to 12 and baked the muffins in a Nordic 12 cup Sweetheart Rose pan.The recipe for 12 filled the cups perfectly for a full muffin. (About 3/4) I did increase the baking time until they started to brown. The muffins are moist,delicious and beautiful.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I save some recipes that sound good and I save recipes that are proven to me to be 5 star. I had left over brown rice from making stuffed bell peppers.I used that rice and tried your recipe. It was without any doubt a 5 star in both simplicity and flavor.

I can only repeat what the oher 5 stars had to say. It is delicious. It is crunchy. It is addictive. It is inexpensive. It is the best. It is so good that it should be illegal. My kids, my grand kids and my great grandkids will love you this Xmas.

Tasty Spaghetti Sauce

The recipe would make a good start for Ragu alla bolognese a specialty of Bologna. All you would need to add would be 1 stick of celery chopped;1 carrot chopped;1/2 cup red wine and 1/2 cup milk. 2 tbsp pancetta would enhance it if you have it. I would also substitute red pepper flakes to taste instead of the black pepper.

Tiramisu III

This recipe is over the top in all respects. When I make this recipe I arrange lady fingers in a flower pattern and hold the filling back 1 inch from the side of the pan. I also sprinkle grated semi sweet chocolate on each layer and on the top.You can't tell the sub Mascarpone from the real thing.The Zabaglione gives it the classic taste that so many others overlook.
