This cake was easy to make and turned out so good. Instead of vanilla pudding I used cheesecake pudding. Also, instead of the required 1/3 cup vegetable oil mentioned in the cake box I used 1 container of strawberry applesauce. Yum!!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I made this for a Thanksgiving potluck last year. It was so good and easier than I thought.I was worried since I didnt use the springform pan. It did crack a bit on toop but no one seemed to mind. Definitely give this recipe a try!

Hot Sausage Dip

This is the best dip ever! Everytime I make this its all gone and everyone loves it. I like to double the canned diced tomatoes w/ green chiles for extra spice.

Who doesnt love simple easy cooking? I looks like you've slaved for hours but literally it takes not even 2 mins to add all the ingredients to the slow cooker. So easy and so good!

Tropical Shrimp Scampi

This was so good!! I doubled the recipe and it came out great! I added pineapple chunks to the top of the pasta as well before pouring the sauce and shrimp on top. It was surprisingly light and I was so happy that everyone enjoyed it. I will definitely be making it again soon!
