Kale Krisps
YUM. I had been wanting to try kale chips, and then I saw this recipe. I rinsed and ripped up the kale and threw the pieces into a bowl. I poured in a small amount of olive oil and mixed it up so all the pieces were coated. Then I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I spread the pieces onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and baked them for 10 minutes at 350. I pulled the pan out, flipped them over, added the cheese, and then baked for another 4-5 minutes. They came out great! YUM! I think I will make them again tonight because I still have plenty of kale leftover!

Caramelized Baked Chicken
This was SOOOO good! I used boneless skinless thighs, a little more ketchup (a little more than a half cup), and 3 cloves of garlic (I could have used 4, it wasn't garlicky at all). I boiled the sauce on the stove as suggested and poured it over the thighs. Baked at 350 for 45 minutes. This was delicious served over brown rice!!!

BBQ Chicken Pizza
this came out very well!! I only made a few changes. I didn't use the peppers, and instead of colby-monterey jack cheese I used a mixture of mozzarella and gouda. I cooked the chicken cubes in a mixture of olive oil, bbq sauce, and hot sauce. I also baked the crust for a few minutes before adding the toppings and baking again. Thanks for the recipe!
