Excellent! I wasn't sure if I would like the sauce since it called for American cheese, which i despise, but it turned out delicious. I omitted the black olives and parsley (didn't have on hand) and added 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar...perfection! I also used canned peas and my cubed ham was frozen, so i cooked the sauce a few minutes longer to make sure everything warmed up. Definitely follow the pastry directions and preheat the oven, so the pastries rise properly. I had extra sauce left, even after over filling the pastries. I will use it up on some Texas toast or rice...yum! My kids also gave the meal a thumbs up.Thanks for the super easy, delicious recipe Jean!
