Ultimate 7 Layer Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
needs something else but I am not sure what it is. A little bland for our tastes. I went with the cream cheese advice and I wouldn't recommend it, either. I'll keep looking for another 7-layer dip.

Apple-Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
I only used one apple and half an onion. I sauteed the two after browning the chops and removing them from the pan. I then added 1/2 a can of SAUERKRAUT and sauteed all of it for 5 minutes. I placed the browned chops in a preheated baking dish then topped them with the apple/onion/kraut mixture. I poured a mix of 1/2 can chicken broth, 1/2 bottle apple juice and 3 TB. marsala wine over the entire thing, covered in aluminum foil and baked for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. WOW! DELICIOUS!

Super Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
I use boneless chicken breasts instead of legs and 6 oz. of Tropicana oj from the jug. I also use French onion soup mix in place of the regular onion mix. My extra twist...and you will want to add this (TRUST ME) sauteeing about 1/2 onion in olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Place on top of the chicken as the last ingredient before baking and WOW!! I have made this 3 times for my family and plan to make it for my parents when they visit next month. It is JUST that good!!

Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
I have made these SEVERAL times and they are always a HUGE hit!! A little advice, go easy on the vinegar though. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup but I use only an 1/8 and you can still taste it. I also cut back on the brown sugar to 1/8 of a cup because it can get too sweet for my family's liking. Other than that, YUMMY recipe!

Comforting Cube Steaks

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
WOW!!! This was one of, if not THE yummiest dishes I have made from Allrecipes!!! I used Carribean seasoning instead of Cajun because I did not have any and only ONE can of cream of mushroom soup. The steaks were moist and delicious and the whole family gobbled them up!! Even my picky 10 year old and 1 year old devoured them!!! Thank you for this recipe. It's a keeper in our house from now on!

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
eck! I followed all directions and these chops were not good at all. My husband will eat anything so he said they were ok but my parents and myself were not impressed. It reminded me of fish while I was eating it.

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
Too much sour cream!! Next time I will half the amount and maybe use cream cheese with chives instead. Also, french fried onions worked much better as a topper! Ritz crackers were boring and mushy. Honestly, no one liked it.

Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
Very tasty and I didn't even use all of the ingredients! I substituted the caraway and celery salt (only because I didn't have either) for onion and garlic powders. I only simmered the 30 minutes instead of 45 and I added the apple pieces and sauerkraut for the last 15. It all simmered together with plenty of chicken broth left for juicy, tasty chops! The bacon pieces topped it off and my family loved it!
