Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

This was hands down the best pumpkin roll I've ever made/tasted. My good friend made it when I went to her house and I HAD to get the recipie. Surprisingly easy as well.

Very good! I saved some of the dough in a plastic bag, and kept it cold. I really enjoyed having fresh cookies all week! They were chewy, soft, and wonderful while hot, or cold!

Carrot Cake III

It was outstanding! I read the recipie wrong and added all the liquid and it was to watery, so I added another small clove of garlic and a whole other 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans whithout any liquid. It was purfect!!! Highly recomend it this way!

Creamy Rice Pudding

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

I usued gluten free flour instead of white flour and it was very good.I will defiently make it again.Its very hard to find an easy chocolate cake ,especialy one that doesn't make a huge mess.Thanks for the recipe.

A little bitter,but pretty good.I don't know if I'll make it again,but it was nice that it was gluten free.I might try using sweet chocolate instead of semi-sweet

Swedish Apple Pie

I tried making it and it was AMAZING!!!! I have made it many more times(being easy helps) and is a new favorite.I have people with gluton problem in my family,so I tried making it with GF flower and it was very good to.I hope to make both versions for Thanksgining.
