Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2014
Easy to make and tastes wonderful! The only change I made was adding some veggies. I've never seen a fried rice that didn't have a few veggies. I used green peas and red bell pepper. My husband loved it. We'll definitely be having this again.

Guinness® and Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2013
I've made this cheesecake three times now and it is amazing! I've gotten so many compliments for it, everyone loves it! I followed the recipe exactly each time. It's incredibly rich and smooth. The center is sometimes a bit loose, but that could be because my oven isn't the greatest. It isn't too loose, though, and it certainly doesn't take away from the taste. Thank you for posting this recipe. I will most definitely continue to make this wonderful dessert. :)

Creamy Italian Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I made this according to the recipe the first time and it was way too salty, so I changed it up a bit the second time around. Instead of dressing mix I used garlic powder and a few different herbs that I like and it was much better. The leftovers freeze well, too.

Chicken Marsala Over White Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2012
Wonderful! Chicken marsala is one of my favorite dishes at Olive Garden and this this recipe just about nails it! I've made it twice now, and can't wait to make it again. The only thing I would change is the salt. There's enough salt in the chicken stock to satisfy my family's taste, so I don't use it to season the mushrooms or the flour.

Beef and Broccoli

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2012
I've made this twice now, and the second time (with modifications) was definitely better. I didn't cook the beef until the juices evaporated, because last time it turned out hard and dry. I added a bit of onion powder and just a dash of ginger. Aside from overcooking the beef the first time around, this recipe is wonderful! I'll be making this again for sure!

Easy Chicken Satay

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
Excellent! We had a friend over and I made this for dinner. It's incredibly easy to make and tastes just like the satay at the expensive Asian restaurant my husband and I like to visit in Cleveland! This is the only recipe for satay I will ever use! I served it with rice and broccoli.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
This was wonderful!! I followed the recipe EXACTLY except that I added some parsley and a pinch of basil. My husband pan-seared chicken strips in an Italian seasoning blend and it was the perfect compliment to the sauce. Much better than store bought, and almost as good as Olive Garden at a fraction of the cost!. Make sure you add the milk AND Parmesan cheese very slowly. I will definitely make this again.

Black Treacle Scones

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2008
These scones were amazing! I made them for some Irish friends and they loved them. Add a bit more spice and molasses and serve them with butter and apricot preserves!
