Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

It was just alright....not bad, not great. Two of my kids wouldn't eat it and one would (and enjoyed it). My husband and I thought it was fine.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I loved the density and richness of these cookies! Really enjoyed them so much more than regular flour pb cookies. They were a little crumbly, but the more they cooled, the better they were as far as that goes! Thanks from a gluten-free, hard to find any good cookie recipe mom!

Arkansas Green Beans

These were excellent, though I did a few modifications. I only used 2 T. of raw, organic honey, 1 T. brown sugar, 6 T. of tamari sauce, and sauteed a couple of real garlic cloves and a little onion. Also used turkey bacon and fresh green beans instead. They were fantastic. I think if you used all of the brown sugar they would be WAY too sweet. Thanks!!

Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes

When I first made these, I followed someone else's suggestion to use almond milk as the buttermilk powder substitute. The pancakes were good, but were still heavy like all other gluten-free pancakes I've made. This time, I just used water (and almost halved the called for amount!) and used 1 T. of agave nectar for the sugar substitute, and the pancakes were AWESOME. We all loved them....1 year old, three old, husband and all! Thank you for a great recipe.

Chicken Scampi II

We loved it!! Didn't make any changes except to add more garlic, a little more lemon, and had fresh basil from the garden. It tasted like a restaurant dish to me....Thank you!

Lemony Garlic Shrimp with Pasta

We have really enjoyed this recipe. It's fast and EXCELLENT. If you use frozen shrimp, make SURE to defrost and pat dry before using in the sauce or else you'll get a pretty watery sauce. Thank you for the great recipe!
