Grilled Bok Choy

I chopped all of the Bok Choy and put in a ziploc bag with all of the ingredients. I also added some mushrooms. I let this marinate for about an hour and then put in on the grill in a grill basket. The texture was great, just seemed to be lacking in flavor. Next time I will add a little heat.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Loved it! Added an extra 5 ounce can so it wasn't as wet. Personal pref., put it over a bed or romaine with tomatoes and salad peppers. Delicious!! Having it for the second time this week. Thank you!!

Spaghetti Squash I

Wow-- This is such a good and easy recipe. I poled about 5 wholes in the squash and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. This made it easier to cut in half. I added 1 1/2 cups of water to a baking dish and baked the squash cut side down for 55 minutes. It was perfect! I also used Kalamata olives instead of black to keep up with the Med. feel. YUM! Just remember that when you first cut it open, you need to clean out all the seeds and stringing stuff, just like a pumpkin. The thick squash you see will actually turn in to the spaghetti.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Used full pack of Ranch mix, 1 bottle of Frank's Buffalo sauce and 4 chicken breast. Cooked on low for 7 hours. Topped with lettuce, tomato, blue cheese crumbles and it was yummy. Served wth sweet potato fries.
