Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Very, very yummy! Thumbs up from the entire family. It has so much more of an authentic than the usual enchiladas and will definately make again!

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Beef Enchiladas

I have been making these for years, it couldn't be any easier-- all in one pot then to the flour tortillas, you can't beat it!! the flavor is wonderful and it is so quick that it's amazing that it can be that good being such a quick enchilada recipe...it has NEVER let me down between children, teens, and adults, it has always been a keeper

Simple, Classic Chicken Potpie

This was the BEST!!! but~~I was surprised there wasn't potatoes in the ingredients, I HAD to have potato, it's not potpie to me without out!! I used fresh carrots and potatoes (steamed to tenderness) and add frozen peas) a tip: put the peas in a strainer and run cold watet over it and let sit, for a few and then add it...u don't get the thaw out liquid and they do stay crunchy instead of mushy. I don't feel I "changed" the recipe at all~~~did just as it called but added potatoes...that's all and it was the best I have ever tasted...THANK YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL RECIPE, I will make again and again!!!

Taco Casserole

ABSOLUTELY DELISH!! everyone from my 16yr old and her bf down to our 4yr old loved this...I used a jar of salsa ONLY because I use it in place for every dish that calls for tomatoes, and added SUMMER CRISP CORN by Del Monte (the best stay crunchy canned corn, try it!) again ONLY because I add it to almost all my casseroles~~I never like to change and rate a recipe w/ out having the original tried 1st but adding the corn of course doesn't change the taste...salsa, we just don't care for chunks of tomato and the girls wouldn't eat if it was used so it was a must. I used a suggestion to add a 1/2 of another pkg. of taco seasoning and it was enough to have the flavor desired. Thank you Debi, it was great! the comment below... it already does say corn chips in this recipe (Fritos) I've always known "corn chips" meaning Fritos...otherwise it would have said Tortilla chips, you pick white or yellow lol which yeah, it is a type of corn chip~~but corn chips refers to Fritos if anyone didn't realize that :)

Simple BBQ Ribs

I have never found a 2nd recipe for ribs that I have ever liked. I have one set way I do any kind of ribs and no other way would take it's place, BUT, these were truly yummy and I will definately make these again and again! we too only use SBR BBQ sauce, it gets no better than that! SWEET BABY RAY'S, "you'll never go out of business!"

I just made it a little while ago, WONDERFUL!! I am keeping this for sure and for me there is no reason to make any other recipe! to me this tastes like McDonalds, I made as is and no changes were made. THANK YOU BONNIE :)

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This was one of the best spreads I have ever tasted! I don't believe you can find anyone who doesn't love this, not unless they don't like jalapenos. I don't like it when others try to do their own thing to the recipes on here and then try rate it...I know I'm not the only one. Follow EXACTLY what Denise says, even using the shredded parmesan...NOT GRATED! I have not tried the microwave version, nor would I, I only use that to heat things up- not to cook :) Everyone I have made this for wants the recipe, it's just that GREAT! I too used the whole 4oz. can of jalapenos like Denise does, we like the heat--isn't that what a jalapeno consists of?? The baked version is the only way to go! THANK YOU Denise, this is so AMAZING! To Katie, asking if anyone has made it the night before, I haven't but I can't see any reason why you couldn't! The green chiles and jalapenos are drained so there shouldn't be any worry, BUT this is so quick to throw together that it really doesn't need to be assembled the night before, then again, I don't know your circumstances.
