This was one of the best spreads I have ever tasted! I don't believe you can find anyone who doesn't love this, not unless they don't like jalapenos. I don't like it when others try to do their own thing to the recipes on here and then try rate it...I know I'm not the only one. Follow EXACTLY what Denise says, even using the shredded parmesan...NOT GRATED! I have not tried the microwave version, nor would I, I only use that to heat things up- not to cook :) Everyone I have made this for wants the recipe, it's just that GREAT! I too used the whole 4oz. can of jalapenos like Denise does, we like the heat--isn't that what a jalapeno consists of?? The baked version is the only way to go! THANK YOU Denise, this is so AMAZING! To Katie, asking if anyone has made it the night before, I haven't but I can't see any reason why you couldn't! The green chiles and jalapenos are drained so there shouldn't be any worry, BUT this is so quick to throw together that it really doesn't need to be assembled the night before, then again, I don't know your circumstances.
