Wow, what can I say, excellent! Very good! Made exactly as written with "correct" method for top layer - no changes needed. This will be a new tradition for St. Patricks Day. And, maybe Christmas, Easter, and every other holiday I can use as excuse to make these again. Thanks!

Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Asian Coleslaw

Excellent, excellent excellent! The dressing is very easy to make and can be used on just about anything. I substituted powdered ginger (about 1/3 to the fresh) and olive oil. This is my new favorite to keep in the fridge for a quick and yummy salad. Or, as dipping sauce for the kids.

Kicked Up Mac and Cheese

Great "kicked up" flavor. I didn't care for the bread crumb mixture on top, next time I'll leave it off and just sprinkle with the chili powder. Even my Kraft Mac&Chesse loving kids liked this - just don't call it Mac&Cheese, in our house this is called "yellow pasta". Also, didn't have the wagon wheel pasta, used rigatoni instead - worked out great.

Carrot Chile and Cilantro Soup

What a surprise - excellent! Very creamy, yet healthy soup. Added lime juice at the end as suggested by ohter reviewers, came out great.

Italian Butter

Excellent. I've been looking for something like this for a long time - glad to have finally found it. A little peppery at first; but, mellows by the next day. The DH, who lived in Italy for many years, was even impressed.

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

Excellent and easy to prepare. I omitted the pepper - didn't have any, used a full yellow onion, and used V8 for the tomato juice - only thing I had. It came out great. Will be making this again.

Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Excellent. I have tried many French Onion Soup recipes only to be disappointed. This recipe does not disappoint - very good, very flavorful. Only change was to add 3 cloves minced garlic a few minutes before the onions are done carmelizing (I add garlic to just about everything.) Will definitely be making this again, and again. Thanks so much for submitting.

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Excellent as written. Too oniony - no way, just follow instructions. I bumped up the Italian seasoning to 1 tsp and the pepper to 1/4 tsp for personal taste. Very good, very easy, will be keeping this in the fridge at all times.

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Wow! So easy, so quick and sooo good! Only changes were to use fresh asparagus and to wait until the chicken is done before melting the cheese on top. I will definitely be making this one again.
