Easiest Eggplant

Delectable dish! Really really yummy. I added garlic to the mayo and herbs with seasame seeds to the bread crumbs and it was fantastic. Best straight from the oven though-it lost some of its crispness waiting.

Cornmeal Strawberry Cake

A really lovely cake! Moist and flavoursome without being overly sweet. I used some extra sliced strawberries and arranged them over the top before baking but it didnt last long enough to have a photo taken :)
