I see others already revised the mistakes in this recipe have made this for years my mother gave me the recipe everything good but forgot red wine vinegar for acid to breakdown the meat.

this is basic recipe very good try adding paprika garlic powder onion powder oragino cayane pepper salt and pepper to flour and bone in skin on is the best for flavor cook in cast iron skillet OMG

Roasted Easter Ham

I use a recipe like this but use grape jelly instead of syrup and wrap tight in aluminum foil.After 2hrs.I drain then every hr after squeeze out juice.This makes hame very tender almost like a roast very good.

This was wonderful first time making very easy and I did follow directions exact.I maybe stupid but when some others say followed recipe exact but added,ha ha ha excuse me but not exact.and simone specifically said that dry garbanzo is what makes the difference do not use cann chick peas.then reviewer says oh a short cut use cann chick peas OMG REALLY

Buffalo Chicken Wings

These are good but the original as per food network is butter hot sauce and red wine vinager.Deep fry to golden brown,drain on paper towels then put sauce in large bowl add wings and toss to coat.

St. Louis Pork Steaks

I'm from St.Louie also not really into the vinager thing I sear on bothsides then baste with favorite bbq sauce and stack steaks on cool part of grill.keep basting and atlernating stack for about an hour the juices run down the stacktenderizing underneith.really good
