Authentic French Meringues

Great recipe!! I added a little almond extract and loved it even more!! Just one question though, is it possible to keep the meringues white instead of getting lightly browned while baking??

Zucchini Brownies

Oh wow, these were great! Made just a half recipe today and I added 1 egg to the batter since I was craving cake-like brownies. Also, I threw the zucchini in the food processor until it was all finely chopped. Saved a lot of time compared to shredding it all. I think it helped release more moisture to the batter too!! Yum!!
