Easy Indian Butter Chicken
My family and I love this recipe! I make it all in one pan to cut down on dishes. I caramelize the onions/garlic, add in the chicken, then add in the sauce. I also make this with 1 cup heavy cream and 2 cups whole or 2% milk and it is just as good. YUM!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe is fantastic! I use it over boneless skinless chicken breasts and it is amazing. Took it to a church group one night and a friend tasted it them promptly invited herself over whenever I made it again. Best teriyaki sauce I've had, restaurant or otherwise. I generally do it without the cornstarch and water, then let it cook a little longer to thicken up. Baste the chicken and set the remaining sauce on the table to use as needed. I serve this over Garlic Rice from this site and it is a meal that never fails to please!

Baked Potato
I know it might be basic, but there is always going to be someone who needs basics. Simple, yes. Intuitive, not necessarily. Temp and time are things someone wouldn't necessarily "know" off-hand, especially if this is their first time or they haven't done it in a while. I agree that oil and salt will give you better flavor and crispier skin, which I enjoy! Thanks for keeping it simple!
