Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe is fantastic! I use it over boneless skinless chicken breasts and it is amazing. Took it to a church group one night and a friend tasted it them promptly invited herself over whenever I made it again. Best teriyaki sauce I've had, restaurant or otherwise. I generally do it without the cornstarch and water, then let it cook a little longer to thicken up. Baste the chicken and set the remaining sauce on the table to use as needed. I serve this over Garlic Rice from this site and it is a meal that never fails to please!

Baked Potato
I know it might be basic, but there is always going to be someone who needs basics. Simple, yes. Intuitive, not necessarily. Temp and time are things someone wouldn't necessarily "know" off-hand, especially if this is their first time or they haven't done it in a while. I agree that oil and salt will give you better flavor and crispier skin, which I enjoy! Thanks for keeping it simple!

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions
I've been using this recipe for a while and keep forgetting to review it! We LOVE this recipe, when I have time to make it. I'd always been a little scared of making risotto, but this recipe was well written. The balsamic onions add a nice sweetness and tang to the overall creamy dish, which is much needed. Without them, I could see this being way too heavy. Good balance, good texture. This is one of the few recipes I follow exactly every time! I have substituted basil for thyme depending on what I have on hand and it works very well, too.
