Kettle Corn
I made this in my Stir Crazy popcorn popper. I let the oil, sugar and salt heat up a bit before adding the popcorn. When it was done popping I transferred to a large bowl to break up the clumps and added a touch more salt. Delicious!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
I make this all the time and every time I make it I get a request for the recipe!! I make mine exactly as the recipe calls for only I use a bundt pan. In addition to chocolate chips, I sometimes cut up pieces of candy bars and add those in. Very delicious and it looks nice as a bundt cake.
