Wow, just finished off my 2nd slice of Aussiemaria's Lemon Tart, it is just delicious. My husband is a lemon freak and was blown away. I think Lemon Meringue Pie may have been bumped to No. 2 on his list.......great recipe and a definite keeper. Take the plunge and JUST MAKE IT...... JOOLZA MORE

Love to feed people so any type of cooking is great. Can spend as little as 10minutes in the kitchen or all day. Love to try new recipes and also have plenty of good old favorites.

Anything I put on the table I consider a triumph. Am know for my chinese banquets.

Nothing too dramatic as I cant recall my last disaster.

Down Under Lemon Tart
Made this tart today, had friends over for lunch and it was awesome. So tangy, light and enjoyable. Very easy to make and sent my friends home with a copy of the recipe....that says it all. This is a keeper, thanx ausiemaria...aussies rock....Joolza

Buttermilk Pound Cake II
Cathy, what a great cake. My first attempt at a pound cake as they are not really made here in Australia and I just loved it. I upped the vanilla extract and used the juice and zest from one lemon. Very easy and totally satisfying, this went straight into the recipe box...Joolz

It's Chili by George!!
What a great base recipe. I also used diced tomatoes instead of tomato juice, upped the kidney beans as here in Australia couldnt find pinto. Put it in my crockpot and just magic after 8 hours. This is a real keeper.
