Mother's Pot Roast
So easy to make and so delicious! It tastes so complex, but the recipe is so simple.

Sweet Potato Casserole IV
I cut the amount of sugar in half and did not put flour on the top. It was fantastic and everyone at my thanksgiving party loved it.

Beef Stroganoff III
This was the first time that I made beef Stroganoff and I absolutely loved it. I did make the following changes though: 1)I used onions instead of green onions and added two cloves of garlic. 2) I first fried the onions and garlic and then added the meat to it and fried the meat along with the onions. 3) I used fresh mushrooms that I sliced. After frying the meet along with the onion, as natural meat juice came out, I added the mushrooms. 4) I added a bit more beef broth than the recipe and added Rotini pasta to it and let it cook along with the rest of the food. 5) I cooked it for a total of 30 min or so-pasta was in it for about 10 mins. It came out very delicious and I enjoyed it very much.
