this is my first time making a cheesecake. made overnite, followed the recipe except i forgot to mix separete instead i used digestive biscuits and mixed the rest of the ingredients in a food processor for a minute. used a water bath and turned of my oven after an hour, didnt open the oven until this morning, no crackes and it taste delish. however the bottom is slightly soggy, i intend to make one for xmas tonite will probably put foil or onather tin under my spring form incase water leaked in my cake...any ideas how not to have a soggy base..........let me know asap
