Roast Turkeys With Rich Pan Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
My dad taught me how to make pan gravy the same way...BUT, we use flour and milk instead of cornstarch and water. Comes out super rich and delicious. Every Thanksgiving I always get a ton of compliments:)

Chocolate Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
From all the reviews, I was getting ready for an awesome cake. I made seperate ones for a pumpkin cake for my son's birthday party and both came out exactly the same. My guests were not oooing and aweing when they were eating this. I quickly found out why. It has hardly any chocolate taste to it at all. It's dense, but not moist. I was soooooo embarrassed! Why does it have such a high rating? Grrrr....NEVER AGAIN.

Cheese Blintzes

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
My godmother was always asked to bring these to all of our get-togethers. The only difference is that she uses a quarter cup of sugar, 8oz brick of cream cheese and an egg yoke for the filling. Fabulous!

I make these every year for Christmas. The only difference is I put 1 tsp. of vanilla in as well. Delicious!

Crystal's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
These were great! The only thing I would want people to know is they are soooooo much better the next day. They'd be a wonderful change from the norm for Christmas cookies. They'll be at my family get together this year:)
