Greek Butter Cookies
i only gave it 3 stars because my boyfriend is greek and he said that if i was going for a real greek butter cookie i only would have made at 2 out of 10. but they they were great tasting cookies

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
great recipe. definatly freeze the reeses before you put them in the cookie and be sure to use a cupcake tin and as soon as the cookies come out push the peanutbuter up in the middle. let them cool complelty because the cup will melt if you move them to soon!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
wow awesome! thank youu! couple changes and things to add. if you follow this recipe you might have a little extra filling but thats ok. i made 3 pies. first pie i used 3 packages of 8 ounce creame cheese and 1/3 cup of sour cream and i had extra filling so i filled half of another pie shell. on the first crust i bought a pre made graham craker crust but drizzled it with butter and put crushed giner snaps on it. then i did the regular layer then then pumpkin layer..cooked it for about 45 mintures in a water bath. came out a little undercooked but once i put it in the fridge good to go. i sprinkled graham cracker and ginger snap crumb on the top. for the second pie i used a vanialla wafter crust with the same butter drizzle graham cracker and gingersnap bottom. i reduced the amout of cream cheese to 2 packages and added a little less sourcream. after i did the regular layer of the cake i did a think layer of the crust before i put the pumpkin layer one it. i had a little extra too so i topped of the 3rd pie from the early extra filling. i again sprinkled the mixture of the crust and inside layer on top and covered with homemade whip cream and sprinkled pumpkin spice on it. the 3rd pie was just pumpkin cheesecake from the leftover filling with a chocolate crust. i cooked the 2nd too about 45 mintues and they were just right. and then i let them cool on the rack and then put them in the frige until serving time. my family ate some of the first pie, i gave away the chocolate crus
