This recipe was good, but it took about 45 min in my oven at 350F to reach an internal temp of 165. Also, she instructs to top the chicken with any remaining crumbs, but this resulted in a lot of dry crumbs in our mouths. Since there is no egg to create a coating, the extra crumbs don't really combine into the crust. Only the crumbs closest to the oil coating stick. So I won't be adding the additional crumbs on top next time. Otherwise, a tasty and very moist baked chicken recipe overall. Next time I'll add some oregano and salt for additional flavor and some dried parsley for additional color. My husband liked it enough as is for a thumbs up. Thanks, Karen!
