Thank you LTH! This is a meatball recipe to end all meatball recipes, a keeper. I did not have breadcrumbs so I threw a handful of croutons in the food processor and used that instead. I did turn them over at the ten minute mark as they were Browning nicely and wanted to keep it even. Didn't have oregano or hot sauce on hand so threw in another pinch of Italian seasoning. Heck I only had about a tablespoon of parmesan and these still turned out amazing.Kept their shape (a problem with other recipes I have tried-a meatball does not an egg need) served on toasted French bread for the finest meatball sub in the land. Thanks again, end product was happy husband and kids were in a state of nirvana...meatball nirvana.
