Soooo good and very creamy. I let mine cool in the oven with the oven turned off after 20 minutes. Not a crack in sight! I also cut the sugar down to 1/3 cup. Very good!

Great! I used this for cheesecake and didn't prebake it beforehand. I used 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs. Delish!

Sugar Free Rugelach

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
These are sooo good! I cut the recipe in half but only cut them into 8 pieces NOT 16. I think 16 would have made the cookies way to small. I baked them for 10 min on one side and 8 min on the other because they got brown quickly due to the high fat in the pastry. Will definately make these again!

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2004
Very very good! I used 2 fresh jalapenos and used only 4 large tortillas for the recipe. We like our enchiladas very full and I found the amount to be just perfect! Delicious recipe, will definately make again.

Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2004
I have always made our mashed potatoes this way. Sooo good! I use the sour cream occasionally but not all the time. I also add about 1/4-1/2 cup melted butter in which I sautee the green onions in for a few seconds. MMmmmm!

MMmmmmm. Tastes like a fresh scone in every slice. Delicious and so moist. Would be wonderful with some raisins. I'll try it with the addition of raisins next time.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

Reviewed: May 12, 2004
Perfect! I did cut the sugar to 1/4 though. Don't like things too sweet. I didn't have any butter on hand so used shortening. Turned out fine.

Slow Cooker Baked Beans

Reviewed: May 3, 2004
I'm only going to rate this a 4 because of the changes I made after reading the reviews.I cut the recipe in half and let the beans soak in water overnight before boiling them. I also used an extra 1/2 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of molasses in the mixture as it was quite dry. The beans were cooked but not as soft as I would have liked. Next time I will let them soak for 24 hours. The flavour was fantastic though!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2004
WOWZERS! I did however cut the sugar a bit. In the dough I used only 1/4 cup. The filling I used 3/4 cup of brown sugar NOT packed. I didn't add salt to the icing because I used salted butter. Also I only used 2/3 cup of icing sugar (we don't like things too too sweet). They were sooo good and were finished baking in 15 minutes.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2004
Really really unbelievable! My husband said to rate it a 20 :-). I did add some garlic powder and pepper to the roast before topping it with the soup. I cut the recipe in 1/2 as I only had a 2 lb roast. I also cooked it on low for 8 1/2 hours. I have never had a roast so tender. You could eat it with a fork no knife necessary :-). I also found the gravy to be perfect. Didn't have to be thickened. Thank you so much for sharing!

Amazing! The chicken fell right off the bone! I used 2 chicken legs, 1 chopped up green pepper, 4 oz chopped up mushrooms, 1 can of tomato sauce and 1/2 onion. Also put a pinch of oregano, basil and garlic powder. Delicious served on egg noodles! My husband rated this a 10 out of a 5 :-) Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! So simple but so tasty. It took 30 minutes to cook though not 10. I also used a regular onion as opposed to the green onion. I served this with mashed turnips. Thanks for sharing.
