Asparagus-Zucchini Rice

very good flavor...the onion gave it a robust taste and I added more cayenne pepper for some extra heat and we really enjoyed this...will be making it again

It looked great and smelled great but it was kinda bland..I did sautee the celery, peppers, and onions in butter before adding the broth. What really helped alot was adding dry red chili pepper flakes. I would make it again.

Fiesta Shrimp Appetizers

Wasn't that great...I used smaller shrimp *maybe the cocktail size and it was just ok, I did use the leftovers for making shrimp enchiladas which turned out excellent!

Baked Tortilla Chips

Very good, didn't use a mister just kinda sprinkled everything over the top. Used the chips to top a taco salad.

Pasta Primavera Sauce

Very good, served with whole wheat pasta, my husband and 15 month old loved it. I think I overcooked it and the vegetables weren't as crunchy as I would have liked, so make sure you keep an eye on the time! Will make again.

Asian Chicken Salad

made this for a barbeque and it was a hit...I added chinese cabbage, the ready made chow mein noodles...mandarin orange slices and almonds. The dressing brought it all together nicely. Will definitely make again.

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

My husband really liked this..he requested more as soon as the loaf was done...it was very moist but a bit heavy...next time I will make two smaller loaves instead of one huge one! Also tried the recipe substituting half of the white flour with whole wheat flour, eggbeaters instead of eggs and lowfat creamcheese, it was still yummy!

Fresh Tomato Pie

My hubby (an onion lover)loved this! I thought the cheese and mayo spread was weird but it actually was delish. I think next time I will try light mayo.
