Spaghetti with Garlic, Herbs, and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2013
Quite nice! My family really loves pasta in all forms, so the fact that they loved this one wasn't shocking :) Will make again! (I used fresh basil instead of dried)

Lemon Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2013
It was most certainly very eatable and fairly tasty. It states very clearly in the recipe that the zest used is in one long strip, so I took my knife and sliced a big spiral of zest off my lemon. It worked wonderfully. For me it was the oregano that was to much. I will scale that back or omit it next time (not a favorite flavor) but will probably use this marinade again. :)

Spicy Chunks of Stewed Beef Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
Very good as written. The ground mustard gives it a good depth. I used canned beans instead of dried, not sure if that changed much. And used plain white onions in the stew and topped it with green onions. Saved and will make again! (if you don't like spicy foods then I would be careful with the various peppers)

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
Very good :) delicious and cheesy. I did add some dried parsley to the dough and to the butter for color. Also, added some onion/garlic/old bay to the dough. And all it is is cheese and bisquick!? I will make these every day! :D Thanks cookie!

Cheesy Ramen Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
easy to make and yummy but so so so very awful for you lol. I made the ramen how I've made it my whole life (with a squirt of ketchup and a dash of hot sauce) added a few slices of cheese, 3 for 2 noodle packets, and some lime juice (because i like it) could've added much more to it and will if i ever can bring myself to make this again. The calorie guilt was enormous! but so delicious :x

Blue Cheese Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
My boyfriend is a huge fan of blue cheese and loved these! I didn't even attempt to dip them in breading and just mixed some butter with the panko and sprinkled it on top of halved peppers. Putting them back together sounds iffy. great recipe for a new filling for poppers but the breading needs reworking.

Jalapeno Poppers of Champions

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
This recipe as is is kind of plain typical jalapeno popper. I used real bacon and doctored my cream cheese quite a bit. I added a packet of dry ranch and some shredded cheese(the thin kind in the bag). This is a great starting place and anything with bacon is awesome but if you want it to stand out you very much need to add something to it.

Thai Style Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
Awesome simple pasta dish. I've found that I just read what the recipe calls for ingredient wise and do it all "to taste." It makes me sad when people say a recipe is bad because they can't adapt. If it's not spicy/salty/whatever enough just add more! Once you learn to do this you can make anything taste awesome no matter who wrote the recipe down. :)
