Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna
Easy and delicious. I added some basil, garlic, s+p and an egg to the ricotta mixture. Also added chopped meatballs. Topped with parm cheese. Skipped the water, didn't need it. Used no-boil noodles.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins
These were great- based on reviews I used half the sugar and added chocolate chips. Mashed 4 bananas since i had them. Also added 1 tsp vanilla. And we added a few tbsp flax oil along with the veg oil. Very moist and delicious!!!

Puttanesca I
This was great. I cut the oil a bit, didn't measure everything just eyeballed it. Used 2 cans of diced tomatoes. I added frozen artichoke hearts to add a vegetable. It worked well!
