Italian Wedding Soup I

Very good recipe as is! I recommend browning the meatballs in a pan first to avoid extra grease. Also, I made it for 8 servings so I used 1.5lbs of beef and 12 cups of chicken broth. No need for beef broth if you add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. I also used mini cheese tortellini but that was just a personal preference! Delish!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Recipe has great potential, but few things I had to adjust. First, boiling the peppers for 5-10 minutes was not enough to soften them so they only needed to bake for 25-30 minutes. I would recommend boiling them for at least 15-20 minutes. When i did bake them, I heated the oven to 375 and cooked for a good 45 minutes until they were tender. Other than that recipe was great!
