Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2012
This was delicious and an easy to make. I further seasoned the meat with basil, marjoram, salt, pepper and minced onion. I also sprinkled basil on the cheese layers. My new go to lasagna recipe.

Butter Roast Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
Amazing! I used chicken breasts with skin, replaced the brown sugar with honey & replaced the nutmeg with cinnamon. Smelt out of this world and tasted just as good.

Marinated Flank Steak & Fajita Recipe

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
I also replaced the red wine vinegar with balsamic. I added fresh grated ginger, fresh chopped cilantro & some brown sugar and marinated over night. Turned out sensational for our fajitas.

Pineapple Salsa

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
I served this over marinated salmon and my partner and I absolutely loved it. The sweet salmon and tangy/salty salsa was a hit. A wonderful meal and not too heavy. This will become a regular for us.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
This was so wonderful! I used all the ingredients but needed to make some adjustments because I had thick chops. I seasoned the lamb with the first five ingredients and then browned them. I finished cooking them in the oven at 450 degrees until they reached 140 degree temperature. I made the sauce as directed but added some mint and a little brown sugar while it simmered. Oh my... delicious!
