Kung Pao Chicken

I made this into a vegan recipe, using TVP. Chicken chunks, I tripled the sauce recipe , if you use the measurements given tree won't be much sauce, also. I too think there is too much cornstarch. The gravy was way to thick so I added water to thin. It really tastes great. I also. Replaced the white wine with rice vinegar
