Four Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos

These are wonderful! My crowd likes spicy, so I left a few seeds and a small amount of the membrane in each one...very good if you like heat! I added chopped bacon to half of them and both were well received by all. I did not steam them, instead baked them at 425 for 18 min., perfect. Everyone stated that this recipe is now officially in our rotation of appetizers. Per other reviewers, putting contents in ziploc and cutting corner to squeeze filling into each jalapeno worked great! Don't forget to wear gloves. Oh, and try to only make what will get eaten that day, as I don't think they would reheat well. For 7 people I bought 8 peppers...perfect...actually left some wishing there were more. Only thing about that is I could have halved the filling ingredients.

Key Lime Pie VII

Excellent! Big hit for people who like key lime. It definitely only need two cans of sweetened condensed milk. Never saw the bubbles, so baked for 10 min. per other reviewers suggestions.

Pecan Pie V

This pie was really tasty and easy to make. I did change the oven temp and times per other reviewers suggestions and glad I did as I had no problem with the crust getting too brown. I did 350 for first 15 min and then 300 for 45 min (that's when my pie started to crack) and it turned out great!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was so popular with everyone that I've been told I have to make it every year now. I do go with other suggestions and made the cheesecake layer thicker than the pumpkin...great!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Made exactly as written. I did opt for mozzarella instead of more blue cheese. Serve with low salt Fritos, celery and carrots...yummy! This is a big hit with all friends and family who have tried it.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

Per reviews, 13x9 pan, try cooking beef w/onion & garlic. Use whole jar arrabiata sauce and whole bag ravioli...no need to thaw (possibly try spinach & cheese kind instead of just cheese.) Second time didn't use ground beef, used frozen beef ravioli & frozen spinach & cheese ravioli layered, good too.

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing

The flavor of these are really good, but my husband and I both feel that working with the ground chicken was too messy and the patties were too soft. Next time, we will just marinate chicken breasts with the hot pepper sauce and spices and still top with the blue cheese/sour cream sauce. We both feel it will be much better.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

These are very tasty. We used the 99% fat free Jenny O ground turkey, so the patties cooked much faster...3 min per side was close to too long. We did add the blue cheese to the mixture...great, but will add more next time.

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Awesome sandwich!! I served on Foccacia bread that had garlic and added mushrooms to that sandwich instead of red onion. Also, I took other reviewers advice and marinated veggies beforehand in Newman's light balsamic vinaigrette...so tasty!
