Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
These came out so fluffy and delicious, I guess it was the mixing of the baking soda with water. ( I now do that with other baking recipes) Thanks so much for that. I always try a different recipe for chocolate chip cookies but wont cheat on this one. Update. I read someone's review who had substituted banana for the eggs. I had already made the batter and used half but decided to add a banana. The cookies turned out even better.

So ridiculously simple, yet came out so flavorful and juicier than any other time I made a roast chicken. A++++.

Banana Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
been making this one since my husband started requesting it two years ago. I was a little reluctant to make it since having tried the Marie Callenders version. But man I have made this over 30 times now. Its never runny and always gets raves!! I have recommended it.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
My husband and 2 yr old son loved this recipe, but my 7 yr old daughter and father in law said it was too sweet. I very much liked it, but added a pinch of cayenne pepper and some celery salt instead of salt. Next time I will double the green peppers.

Quinoa Pilaf with Shredded Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
This was very tasty! Everyone in my house loved it, including my picky 7 yr old and father in law. My husband packed it for lunch and he said everyone kept complimenting the appearance and smell. I did not have fresh sage, I used ground sage. Before I realized I had that ground sage I had added thyme and rosemary as a substitute. Oh and I used olive oil since I had no coconut oil. We made this 2 weeks ago and we are making again today , but I will add more veggies. I would recommend this recipe!

Chicken Stew With Coconut Milk

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
Made on the stove with my dutch oven. Flavor was lacking something as others said, but otherwise was not bad. This was so easy to make which was a +. I served it with quinoa which thickened it up a bit. Maybe making it in the micro activates some extra flavor. I may make again.
