Hungarian Goulash III

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2012
I've been making this recipe for about 15 years and we love it! There seems to be a lot of variations in "hungarian goulash" but this is the one I learned to make and my family enjoys it tremendously! I noticed some said to cut down on the brown sugar but personally I wouldn't. I like it just the way it is! I do at least double and sometimes triple this recipe because we like it good and saucy for dipping our bread in too! Thank you for posting this recipe

Taco Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
I've been making this recipe for years, with a few changes though. I add a can of pinto beans instead of chili beans and I add about a half of a pkg of taco seasoning, about 2/3 of a bottle of WISHBONE RUSSIAN dressing and a few drops of tobasco sauce (to taste)Then I use crushed Doritos (try the sweet chili flavored - really good flavor!) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and diced tomato. I don't like olives so i leave those out. Also good to add some taco sauce and a dallop of sour cream on top! My family LOVES this recipe!

Sue's Taco Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
Love this recipe and so does my kids, relatives and friends! I'm always being asked to make this for ppl and it's the easiest dish in the world to make. I do make a few changes though. First of all, i use WISHBONE RUSSIAN DRESSING and I highly recommend trying this. it is sooo good, and I use a can of pinto beans and add chopped tomatoes. I also add a few drops of tobasco sauce to taste to the hamburger/dressing mixture. YUMMY!!!

Garden Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
I have been making this for years and it is always a big hit at picnics, etc. I use McCormick's Salad Seasoning (I don't measure - just sprinkle to taste) and about 2/3 of a bottle of Italian salad dressing. YUM!!!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
used the 1-3/4 cup of powdered sugar that was suggested and it was perfect! I also put the bowl and the beaters in the freezer for about 30 - 45 min 1st and it was great. I would def do it the same way again!

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
I baked this exactly as the recipe called except I only had salted butter and it was perfect! I made it into a 3 layer cake using the whipped cream-cream cheese frosting and took it to my in-laws for dinner and everyone just LOVED it!!!
