I've been cooking and learning my craft since I was 6 years old. During my military career I was exposed to lots of new foods, sauces and people that gave me much more than Chef's school taught me.

My favorite family cooking traditions
Soups and slow roasting meat & poultry was a big part of our home cooking. My father was the main cook and had refined his talents to Chef quality. We had seven children in our family so meals were always big.

Beginning my own food company and formulating a line of BBQ Sauce that is much like sauces made 40 to 50 years ago. Marshall's Sauces, LLC is my company
My cooking tragedies
Stricken with cancer twice in 6 years,and struggled to climb back. I'm still not up to par, but getting there. We were in 50 stores with our BBQ Sauces, but currently none. I need to find the perfect investors to make Marshall's Sweet Mesquite (TM) BBQ sauce a national brand. We have "Sauces with an Arresting Flavor."(TM).
